Cindie started working with seniors in 2005 as an activities director and not long after moved into the role of Marketing Director, helping families through the process of moving a loved one into Memory Care. After a few years there, she moved into a role of working with families at Independent and Assisted Living Communities.

In 2013 she decided to start her senior housing and care referral placement company to work more directly with families identifying the option that meets their direct needs based on location, care type and financial ability.
